JONESBORO — Birthday celebrations for Seth Hazelwood, who turned 4 years old today, are still pending while the boy recovers from a vicious dog attack on June 11. The attack left Seth with a large laceration to the left side of his head and injuries to his eyes, lips, mouth and upper chest, according to a Jonesboro police report.
