Valdosta - Health officials say it was Eastern Equine Encephalitis, or EEE, that killed six horses and infected one dog in our area. The South Heath District says two horses in Lowndes County and one horse in Cook, Berrien, Brooks, and Lanier counties all tested positive for EEE.
