MAYVILLE - In its continuing effort to fight the spread of rabies, the Chautauqua County Health Department, in conjunction with neighboring counties, the U.S. Agriculture Department's APHIS Wildlife Services and the Animal Health Diagnostic Laboratory at Cornell University, will continue its raccoon rabies vaccination initiative as fixed-wing airplane drops throughout the county.
