Commerce Bancorp founder Vernon Hill has another new gig , this time as chairman of a pet insurance company, according to Bloomberg News. Hills is also making a "significant investment" in Petplan USA , a Philadelphia company that covers veterinary fees for sick dogs and cats, the wire service said.
