MILLSTONE — The former Boyce Berry Farm on Burnt Tavern Road will not be going to the dogs. At the July 23 Zoning Board meeting, the board denied an application for the creation of a 30,565- square-foot, two-story building on the 56.5- acre tract for the purposes of dog training, boarding and grooming.
